Specialist consultants
For enterprise clients who need a named specialist on an engagement.
- Master Services Agreement with you, statement of work per engagement
- Consultants engaged through their own active limited companies
- Company registration and insurances verified before anyone starts
- No employment relationship, with us or with you. No payroll
South Africa
Employment and payroll
For foreign companies employing people resident in South Africa, with no entity of their own.
- We are the legal employer, on a permanent contract
- Monthly payroll in rand, with payslips
- All statutory registrations and filings
- Year end documentation
An engagement is one or the other, from the first proposal. No consultant fee is ever routed through a payroll, and no engagement moves between the two part way through.
